Labor-Management Committee (LMC) Training
Many contracts call for Labor-Management Committees, but few provide a roadmap for how to run them effectively. This training helps LMCs establish clear structure, productive agendas, accountability measures & tools for meaningful collaboration.

Interest-Based Bargaining (IBB)
This training introduces a collaborative approach to bargaining that prioritizes the underlying interests of both labor and management. Rather than taking fixed positions, parties work together as a team to explore creative options and build sustainable solutions. IBB is a proven method for strengthening trust and improving outcomes at the bargaining table.

Interest-Based Problem Solving
Based on a six-step collaborative model, this course teaches a structured process for identifying core problems and working together to resolve them. It’s ideal for joint labor-management teams seeking a reliable framework to address day-to-day challenges constructively.

Principles of Contract Interpretation
Contract language can be interpreted in many ways—often influenced by each party’s interests. This training explores the guiding principles used by arbitrators and courts to interpret contract language. Using real case studies, participants learn how objective interpretation standards can reduce conflict and support fair outcomes.

Conflict Resolution Skills
This course examines the common sources of workplace conflict and introduces a set of practical tools to resolve disputes effectively. Whether the conflict is interpersonal, contractual, or systemic, participants walk away with strategies to de-escalate tension and move toward resolution.

Contract Administration
Negotiating a collective bargaining agreement is only the beginning. This course is designed to help both parties transition from negotiation to effective contract implementation, establishing the foundation for ongoing collaboration and compliance.

Partnership Development
What does it take to move from adversarial roles to a true labor-management partnership? This session explores how to build a culture of mutual respect, shared responsibility, and trust. Participants learn strategies for developing and sustaining partnerships that prioritize long-term organizational health.

Traditional Contract Negotiation
Aimed at newer members of bargaining teams, this training provides a comprehensive overview of the collective bargaining process. Topics include proposal development, legal frameworks, caucusing techniques, and managing constituent expectations. Ideal for preparing first-time negotiators to contribute effectively at the table.

Collaborative Contract Negotiation
Agreements reached through collaborative processes tend to be more durable and better aligned with shared goals. This training introduces participants to a variety of collaborative bargaining models and helps them identify which approach best suits their needs, culture, and negotiation style.
