Our pricing is designed to be fair and transparent, with fees shared equally by all parties involved. From mediation to training, we offer flexible hourly and daily rates, with additional charges only for actual costs incurred—no surprises, just clear terms you can count on.
Collective Bargaining and Grievance Mediation
Daily rate $1000.00 6 Hours or more
Hourly Rate $125.00
Minimum Charges $500.00
For Employment Litigation Mediation
Daily rate $1400.00
Minimum Charges $700.00

Time for Travel
All hours of travel are charged at the hourly rate until travel and service time exceeds eight (8) hours. After eight (8) hours the parties are give a one (1) hour local commute credit. Example- travel and service time equates to eleven (11) hours. The parties are charged for 10 hours.
